I saw SLIPKNOT in Sacramento. Drove 3 hours from San Jose. I am a high school senior, so I left after school, went to the show, and drove home went to bed at 2am, and woke up at 6am for school. Great show, great time, met some great new people. I was really bummed I won no meet and greet, but I picked up some new merch, and still had a blast. Also somewhat bummed the band played no new material other than Dead Memories, Spit It Out, and the few others. I wanted to hear more songs of the new album. Hope they come back to Northern California before the end of the album cycle because I want to see them play the new album! See clowns daughter film us made me wonder, Corey reassured us all that they will be back eventually. I got in early with my entry pass (Thank you OT9). Surprised that everyone booed Coheed and Cambria, I loved their set. AND TRIVIUM!!!!! Awesome! The whole thing was great. I loved the energy and powerful performance played by SLIPKNOT though!
